As a Sales Manager you are responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility. The role involves implementing and executing all sales action plans and will include key responsibilities such as:
• Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity • Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set • Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices with customers for transient and group business in connection with the properties • Promote and produce sales leads for Rotana within its respective areas • Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail in its market areas • Establish and maintain files of major accounts and assist Superiors in maintaining the accounts management system • Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling opportunities whenever possible
As a Sales Manager for a manufacturing and fit-out company specializing in luxury brands, you will lead and manage sales efforts aimed at high-end clients in the luxury retail, hospitality, and real estate sectors. You will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing long-term relationships with prestigious clients, and ensuring that projects meet the high standards of luxury design and craftsmanship. This role requires a deep understanding of both the manufacturing and fit-out processes, with the ability to tailor solutions that reflect the exclusive demands of luxury brand clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Client Acquisition:
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and secure luxury brand clients for high-end fit-out projects.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the luxury retail, hospitality, and residential markets.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture relationships with luxury brand clients, architects, and interior designers to position the company as the preferred partner for fit-out projects.
Understand and anticipate client needs, ensuring the delivery of bespoke fit-out solutions that align with their brand vision and quality expectations.
Provide consultative sales support, offering tailored advice on design, materials, and project execution to meet the client’s specific luxury requirements.
3. Project Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the design, manufacturing, and project management teams to ensure that all aspects of the fit-out projects are aligned with client expectations and the company’s luxury standards.
Oversee the sales-to-project handover process, ensuring smooth communication and execution during the project lifecycle.
Regularly liaise with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns promptly.
4. Market Expertise and Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in luxury design, high-end materials, and fit-out processes.
Leverage your knowledge of premium finishes, custom manufacturing, and bespoke solutions to present cutting-edge proposals to clients.
Keep abreast of the competitive landscape in luxury fit-out and manufacturing, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell to luxury clientele.
Foster a culture of collaboration between the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
6. Financial and Contract Management:
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring that both the company’s and the client’s objectives are met.
Work closely with finance and legal teams to structure deals that are profitable and protect the company’s interests.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback for senior management.
7. Brand Representation and Marketing Collaboration:
Act as a brand ambassador for the company, ensuring that all communications and client interactions reflect the high standards associated with the luxury sector.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored campaigns, events, and presentations that showcase the company’s capabilities in the luxury fit-out space.
The role will be responsible for sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets in the paper packaging industry. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the packaging industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Specific Role Responsibilities
As a Salesperson, you will be working Monday to Friday, to:
Your primary role entails spearheading sales and marketing efforts to secure new business opportunities.
Identify big retailers who use plastic bags for T-shirts, Loop and Patch Handle Bags, Multiflex Bags, and Reusable Bags. Obtain their contact information and contact them for an understanding of their requirements and provide them best solution as per our product range.
Identify potential distributors in various regions who are interested in partnering with us to serve their customers with our range of products.
For the initial six months, your key objective is to discover fresh customers, retailers, and distributors in the US market. Share your approach for initiating contact, arranging meetings, and exploring new business prospects with them.
Following the first six months, your performance will be subject to monthly reviews. Emphasize the number of prospective customers you’ve identified, the volume of inquiries received, and the conversion from inquiries to actual orders.
You will closely work with our existing sales team on devising sales plans and marketing strategies for different regions
Generate quotes from various sources like Corporate Houses , Public sector & Private companies, Individuals, Non Govt Organizations etc as a per sale activity.
Raise quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer’s requirements /consultants drawings in order to get the cost of project.
Prepare a Techno-commercial offer for submitting to customers
Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs
Send the required documents and signed contracts etc to head office
Coordinate with customer and head office to get drawings, and despatch of material
Collection of payments and acceptable letter of credits to complete the jobs
Send sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals
