What you’ll be doing  

 – Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.

– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

– Handle travel schedules, hotel bookings, and legal requirements.

– Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document preparation.
