The Turnover and Completions Manager will work with the Site Manager and the Construction team to insure the following:

  • Overall ownership of the Go-Completions HUB2 Completions System and Database
  • Accountable to deploy to the project an electronic turnover database and steward document review following established turnover processes
  • Liaise with Construction Manager and CSU Manager to define and implement the project turnover and Completion philosophy
  • Responsible for completing GAP Analysis with existing Contractor QA/QC Inspection Test Plan (ITP), identify critical checks / testing that will be monitored through the Systems Completion Process to ensure Systems are handed over, Physically Complete as Designed, Safe, Tight, Clean, Inspected, Tested and Documented.   • Development of Full Construction and Pre-Commissioning Checklist covering all Tagged items within the project scope.
