Task include:
1. Screening incoming calls and forwarding them to the specific department.
2. Collecting/Receiving driver cash payments and creating transaction receipt entries in the ERP/Tally system.
3. Counting cash register drawer at the end of each shift and Deposit in SCDM machine.
4. Counting Cash on Hand and preparing Deposit Slip to be collected by Transguard Security.
5. Maintaining records of all driver receipts from Cash payments and bank deposits.
6. Forwarding to the Senior Accountant all driver complaints with regards to driver monthly payment, traffic fines, outstanding and other issues of driver.
7. Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
8. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Senior (s) / management.
Salary/Benefits:
1. Per month Salary – AED 4,000/
