Looking for the accountant cum cashier for our office located in Dubai
Collect cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
Make change accurately and efficiently
Issue receipts to customers
Deal with returns and refunds as necessary
Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct
Answer customer questions as they arise
Calculate customer bills through cash register ringing
Help with other tasks as needed including managing shelves, tracking inventory, and keeping the store clean
Daily and monthly reports. Reconciliation report.

Job Purpose:

12. Preparing Payroll on monthly basis, Employee leave salaries, final settlements, pay slips, salary cheque, as per advised by HR Dept.

Required Skills:

1. Must be MBA/MA in finance or Accounting/CA/ACCA or equivalent.
2. Alteast 3 years UAE experience as a Senior Accountant or supervisory role.
3. Must have knowledge of Tally/ Accounting systems.
4. Must have advance level of MS-Excel.
5. Must have knowledge of VAT and IFS.
6. Must be Multitasking, Straight Mainded,Ability to handle pressure, leadership skills, good communication skills.

Processing and coordination of employee’s medical insurance other office administrative tasks as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification and Skills: Must be a Graduate with (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting) should have at least 2- 4 years of experience in Accounting and Admin Assistant experience. Advanced computer skills in MS Office especially in Excel. Good communication skills.
