Overview of the role:

<ul>
<li>Provide Audio Visual System/ Security System consultancy to enterprise level customers</li>
<li>Identification of most suitable solution and products and complete most optimum economical design meeting the tender requirements and site conditions.</li>
<li>Preparation of Complete Detailed Technical proposal includes design schematic drawings/ system architecture, compliance.</li>
<li>Attend Client Meetings for Technical clarifications/ Technical Presentation.</li>
<li>Strong liaison and negotiation skills with client, vendors and partner.</li>
<li>Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment, willing to work extended hours.</li>
</ul>

What you will do:

Technical Management 
• Experience in design activities in ELV / ProAV Systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion detection, BackGround Music, Meeting Room/ Board Room Solutions, Auditorium Solutions. 
• Experience in Digital signage & meeting room solutions 
• Design, Estimation, Technical Proposals, Presales, Commissioning experience in ProAV & Security communication products 
• Industry certification from major manufacturer. 
• Product Knowledge for all major vendor (PELCO, Samsung, Hikvision, Milestone, Gallagher, LENEL, Creston, Extron, BOSE & other leading brands.) 
• Experience and knowledge of other ELV and IT solutions will be an added advantage 
• Should be able to understand the drawings, specifications of the ELV & Audio-Visual systems provided by the client 
• Applies complex design principles and methodology to ensure cost-effective and optimal use of resources and technology.Ensuring that a proper record of the completed project documentation is available on completion of the project. 
• Elaboration and update of the project planning data (an-effort, actual costs versus budget, times-schedules, personnel deployment planning etc.)

Engineering 
• Monitor and ensure pre-construction project activities (material submittals and drawings) are executed in line with the project plan. 
• Ensure adequate resources are assigned to the project in coordination with the project head. 
• Ensure Engineering/Design complies with Local Authorities and the specialist manufacturer’s recommendation.

<li style=”text-align:justify”>Hands-on experience in commissioning various ICT/ELV/AV systems. </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Technical training/certifications on leading ICT/ELV/AV System. </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Expert knowledge of ICT/ELV/AV industry standards, practices, techniques, procedures, codes and regulations.</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Knowledge of QS & QC processes.</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Should have good knowledge of networks, Installation, T&C & ICT/ELV/AV system integration.</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Experience in basic network implementation, installation, configuration and troubleshooting is necessary.</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Basic knowledge in AutoCAD.</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Responsive to changing demands.</li>
<li>Experience in construction management</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Project execution processes</li>
<li>Good knowledge of local code of practice and International Standards for design implementation</li>
